Enrico Tadeo has practiced law since 1999.  Mr. Tadeo is a member of the Washington State Bar Association, American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), Washington Mediation Association, and the American Association of Christian Counselors.  He also currently serves on the Boards of Good News Community Health Center, Community Mediation Services in Vancouver, the Clark County Association of Mediators, the Council of Filipino American Associations, and the Vancouver USA Singers.

Mr. Tadeo is a graduate of the Northwestern School of Law of Lewis & Clark College.  He received his undergraduate degree from the University of the Philippines.

Mr. Tadeo has handled many cases before United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), formerly known as United States Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS), and now a component of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.  He has also handled many cases and has helped obtain hundreds of visas for individuals before the U.S. Consulates and the USCIS.  Mr. Tadeo handles family Immigration cases, assists with removal cases and waiver cases for Immigration benefits.

Mr. Tadeo actively volunteers his time to many community projects, and is deeply involved in the Filipino American community.
