Samuel Hayden graduated from law school in 2006.  Following law school and prior to entering into private practice in 2008, Mr. Hayden clerked for the Honorable Marilyn Litzenberger.  Mr. Hayden is a member of the Oregon State Bar. 

Mr. Hayden is a graduate of the Lewis & Clark University School of Law.  He received his undergraduate degree from Westmont College.

Mr. Hayden has handled many cases before the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), formerly known as United States Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS), and now a component of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.  Mr. Hayden has handled several cases and has legalized numerous people before the various U.S. Consulates throughout the world and through USCIS.  Mr. Hayden handles family Immigration cases, visas for families, and waiver cases for Immigration benefits.
