Jill Nedved has practiced law since 2015 and practices exclusively immigration law. Ms. Nedved is a member was the Washington State Bar Association and the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). Ms. Nedved is a graduate of the Seattle University School of Law in 2014. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Washington.
Ms. Nedved is a litigation attorney, representing clients in removal proceedings in Immigration Court, both detained and non-detained courts, and in appeals before the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA). Ms. Nedved also represents clients for immigration bonds in immigration court and with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). In addition, she represents clients seeking immigration benefits before the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). This includes helping clients attain citizenship and legal status before the various embassies and consulates throughout the world and before USCIS.
