My family member is being held by Immigration in the Northwest Detention Center in Tacoma or another Detention Center. Is there a way to get them out?
Yes. We may be able to get many people out of the Northwest Detention Center in Tacoma or other Detention Centers on bond. Each case is different, and we must speak with you about your case before giving legal advice that is applicable.
My spouse, child or family member is present in the U.S. illegally (entered illegally or entered legally and is now out of status). Is there a way to make them legal?
