Parole in Place, advance parole, and humanitarian parole filings for eligible families.

Parole in Place

Parole in Place allows certain noncitizens already inside the United States to be paroled without leaving the country, curing unlawful presence and, for those eligible, opening the door to adjustment of status. The program has expanded and contracted depending on the administration — what is available today is not guaranteed tomorrow. We help families act on the options currently open to them.

Parole Work We Handle:

  1. Military Parole in Place:
    • Spouses, children, and parents of U.S. military service members, veterans, and reservists.
    • Documentation of the military connection, continuous presence, and good moral character.

  2. Advance Parole (I-131):
    • For DACA recipients, TPS holders, and certain adjustment applicants who need to travel without abandoning their pending case.

  3. Re-Parole and Extensions:
    • Timely re-filing to maintain parole status and any associated work authorization.

  4. Adjustment of Status Following Parole:
    • Form I-485 strategy for clients whose parole grant now makes adjustment possible.

  5. Policy and Litigation Monitoring:
    • Tracking court rulings and agency guidance so timing decisions reflect the actual state of the law.

What Parole Clients Can Expect:
  • A realistic read on what is available right now, not what was available under a prior administration.
  • Coordination of parole with follow-on adjustment so we do not file one without thinking through the next step.
  • Tight deadlines managed tightly — parole filings often move with the news cycle.

Parole cases reward clients who move when the window is open. We help identify when that is.
